What Makes Us Different

We offer all Pilates apparatus — Reformer, Tower, Cadillac, Chairs, Ladder Barrel and Arcs — for both private and small group sessions.

We are the only studio in the area that also includes them in small group classes (max. 4 people).

Each session is designed to challenge and inspire you, blending physical training that tones the body and improves flexibility, mobility, and posture. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, we adapt each session to your level.

What Equipment Do We Use?

We also use props such as softballs, resistance bands, kettlebells, fitballs, BOSUs, and foam rollers to enrich your practice and make every session unique.

Yoga

STRENGTH, BALANCE & BODY AWARENESS THROUGH THE ORIGINAL METHOD

Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath, and mind. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health.

There are many different styles of yoga, each with its own approach to creating a state of unity.

Come and try – we’ll be happy to welcome you to the studio.

Available Yoga Styles

Come to a place where the ancient and the modern meet, and learn to live in harmony with yourself and everything around you.

Hypopressive Exercises

Another way to work your core, correct posture and improve postpartum recovery

This method was created by Dr. Marcel Caufriez in 1980 to help women recover after childbirth. However, it is now widely used and offers many benefits for both men and women, even those who haven’t given birth. These are structured and rhythmic postural exercises that reduce intra-abdominal and intrathoracic pressure, activating the pelvic floor muscles and the abdominal wall, along with anti-gravity muscle groups. These postures —often named after female deities— are combined with the yoga breathing technique known as Uddiyana Bandha (abdominal vacuum). At Alma Wellness, we combine traditional hypopressive sequences with various props and, as a unique feature, incorporate Pilates machines to further enhance their benefits.

What will you achieve?

When will we see results?

With regular practice and a balanced diet, the benefits of hypopressive training can be noticeable in as little as 3 weeks.

Who is it not recommended for?

Aeropilates / Aeroyoga

CONNECT WITH YOUR BODY AND MIND WHILE YOU FLY

You’ll train in suspension using a swing or hammock, performing traditional Pilates and yoga exercises while in the air.

This method will help you gain core strength, improve posture, breathing and circulation, as well as increase muscle tone and body awareness.

It’s ideal for all ages — children, adults and even pregnant women — and it helps you achieve a balanced state between body and mind.

Barre

YOU’LL NEVER REALISE HOW LONG 10 SECONDS CAN LAST… UNTIL YOU TRY BARRE

This method was created by a German dancer named Lotte Berk and has gained popularity worldwide thanks to its blend of ballet, Pilates, yoga and cardio.
Can you ask for more in a workout?

Isometric exercises make Barre an excellent option to strengthen your muscles. The intensity of each move gradually increases with repetitions. These small increments are enough to activate the muscles and make them more elastic without causing strain.

We use a ballet barre (or a chair, if you practise at home), weights, therabands or softballs to work arms, legs, glutes and core — all to the rhythm of the music!

Barre is a complete experience that combines fitness and mental wellbeing. You’ll tone your body, improve posture, gain flexibility and, of course, burn calories.

Massages

THE ART OF HANDS MOVING ACROSS TENSE, LOADED MUSCLES TO HEAL, CALM AND RELAX

At our boutique studio, we want you to enjoy a complete experience, which is why we invite you to try our massage services.

Enjoy a delightful relaxing massage, a sports massage, a cranial massage or the incredible wood therapy.

You deserve it!

Available Massage Types

Manual Therapy

Literally means “massage with hands”. It integrates techniques from various types of manual massages and consists of applying movements over the target area with a specific rhythm and pressure.

It is a relaxing and decompressing massage with positive effects on the skin, circulation, lymphatic system, and musculature.

Ideal for both pampering yourself and for athletes (pre- and post-competition).

Cranial Massage

This massage helps reduce and eliminate headaches, migraines and tension. It relaxes the nervous system in the treated areas, relieves cervical pain and improves oxygen flow to the brain. It’s also ideal to release accumulated stress and mental fatigue.

Wood Therapy (Maderotherapy)

A technique that helps eliminate excess fat cells and stimulates the natural production of collagen, elastin and vitamin E.

It also has therapeutic benefits: it relieves stress, muscle pain, circulation issues, tired legs and promotes relaxation.

Nutritional Counseling

GOOD HABITS LAST FOREVER

At Alma Wellness, we want to help you achieve a balance between healthy eating and overall well-being. We value your health and support your transformation through a holistic approach. In addition to the physical training you will do in our boutique studio, our nutritional counseling service will help you reach your ideal weight. We create personalized diets tailored to your needs and guide you through the entire process to ensure the best results. Our goal is to help you develop new, healthy habits that last a lifetime—so you never need to rely on diets again.

Our values:

How does it work?

On your first visit, you’ll fill out a form about your eating habits, preferences, and lifestyle, as well as provide a blood test and blood pressure reading.

That same day, we’ll perform your anthropometric study: body fat, fluids, bone density, muscle mass, basal metabolism, and metabolic age.
With all this information, we’ll design a personalized diet and physical activity plan.

In your second visit, we’ll give you the diet plan, explain how to follow it, and start the nutritional re-education process.
Unless otherwise agreed, we’ll schedule follow-ups every 15 days with a new diet and progress tracking.

Face Yoga

THE MUSCLES IN YOUR FACE WANT TO STAY IN SHAPE TOO

If you train all the muscles in your body to stay fit and look good, why not do the same for your face?

Muscle laxity is the main cause of wrinkles on the forehead, around the eyes, nasolabial folds, and double chin. Through a routine of exercises, massages, and stretches, you can improve facial muscle tone and reduce sagging—no matter your age and without the need for expensive cosmetic treatments or creams that only act on the skin’s surface, not the muscle.

All you need is your hands and 10 minutes a day to take care of yourself and look much better.
You’ll achieve a firmer face, reduced wrinkles, better circulation, improved skin elasticity, and a natural boost in collagen production.

Face yoga revitalizes your skin from within and helps eliminate signs of fatigue and sagging. By stimulating circulation, it increases oxygen and nutrient flow to your cells, leaving your skin firmer and more radiant.

If you’re wondering whether face yoga works, the answer lies in its many benefits: it rejuvenates the face, improves elasticity, and helps release tension in the jaw and neck.

Imagine your face as a canvas that, over time, reflects the effects of stress and aging.
Face yoga is a tool that helps restore firmness and smoothness, reflecting wellness and youth.

It’s a facial workout that, in addition to reducing wrinkles and expression lines, improving circulation, and defining the facial contour, also relieves tension in areas such as the jaw (from bruxism), drooping eyelids, or the neck.

The result? You’ll sleep better and look better.

Pregnancy

In our prenatal classes, you’ll stay active with a controlled and pregnancy-adapted practice that combines Pilates, barre, and yoga.

What will we work on and achieve?

We’ll focus on strengthening the pelvic floor, with Kegel exercises, breathing techniques, guided meditations, and pushing practice. We’ll improve your posture and enhance muscle tone and flexibility through exercises adapted to each trimester.

What are the benefits of exercise during pregnancy?

In the past, rest was recommended, but today, scientific evidence shows that pregnancy-safe exercise provides multiple benefits (as long as your doctor approves it).

Even in Aristotle’s time, it was said that sedentary women had more difficult deliveries.

Exercise during pregnancy helps to:

What types of exercise do we recommend?

Walking, Pilates, yoga, and barre adapted for pregnancy. We also recommend moderate swimming. These practices strengthen your body, improve posture, enhance breathing, reduce stress, and improve sleep.

Postpartum

Before starting exercise after childbirth, it’s essential to consider the type of delivery (vaginal or cesarean). Initially, rest is the most important aspect. From 48 hours after birth, you can begin with Kegel exercises, gentle mobilization, and light walking.

Immediate Goals:

From the 5th or 6th week (with your doctor’s approval), you can begin Hypopressive Abdominal Gymnastics (HAG) to retrain the deep abdominal muscles and the pelvic floor, both of which are often weakened during pregnancy.

In our Postpartum Hypopressive classes, we combine:

What will you achieve?

When will you see results?

With regular exercise (2 to 3 times per week) and a balanced diet, the results of hypopressive training can be seen in as little as 3 weeks.

Which exercises should be avoided during the postpartum period?

Always follow your doctor’s or pelvic floor physiotherapist’s recommendations.
